By visiting my site and / or purchasing something, you engage in my 'Service' and agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions ('Terms of Service', 'Terms'), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/ or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using my website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services. If these Terms of Service are considered an offer, acceptance is expressly limited to these Terms of Service.

Any new features or tools which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. I reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and / or changes to my website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of, or access to, the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

My store is hosted on GoDaddy Inc. They provide the online e-commerce platform that allows me to sell my products and services to you. 

Every care has been taken to show the artwork as accurately as possible with regard to size, colour and finish. The image you see online may be slightly different from the artwork you receive due to slight variations between browsers, devices and screen calibrations and settings.  

As each lino and drypoint print is completely handmade and printed on paper that is also made by traditional methods, each one is unique and may vary a little from the listing photograph. Any variation between the image represented and the actual artwork is not deemed a fault and slight inconsistencies will not be a valid reason for return. Please remember original artworks are handmade pieces, usually on fine art paper and will have signs of the process on them e.g. ink texture and fibres in the paper. If you wish to see additional photos prior to purchase it may be possible to arrange this.

All measurements quoted are approximate.

Payment can be made by PayPal or Square (all major debit & credit cards). Payment is deducted when I process your order. If your payment cannot be authorised for any reason I will tell you. Full title to the goods purchased will only pass to you once full payment has been received by me.

Once you have placed an order with me you will receive a receipt confirmation email. This should be kept in a safe place as I may ask you for information from it in any correspondence. If you do not receive this email please contact me and I will investigate and confirm that your order has been placed successfully.

All items are subject to availability. I will inform you as soon as possible if any items you have ordered are not available.

I reserve the right to alter prices at any time. It may be necessary to change prices either up or down, from time to time, including any alterations to the rate of VAT and shipping costs. Any changes will be confirmed to you at the time of ordering. I am committed to maintaining consistent retail pricing across all my selling platforms (fairs, shop stockists, exhibitions, online shop etc).

Text and Data Mining (TDM) refers to the automated analysis of large volumes of text or data to extract meaningful patterns or insights. While certain TDM activities may be permitted under specific legal exceptions, no such activities may be conducted on this website’s content without prior explicit written consent from Miranda Whitten-Walker.
